Hey — thanks for scanning! This post was put together for the AI Tinkerers Montreal demo where I showed off ThreadHop, a small tool I’ve been building for anyone who lives inside Claude Code and keeps losing the plot between sessions.
What ThreadHop is (in one breath)
A TUI + CLI that indexes your Claude Code session transcripts so you can search them, tag them, and hand context off from one session to the next without copy-pasting walls of text.
